VISUAL MOTOR INTEGRATION (VMI) - is the coordination of visual perceptual abilities and fine motor control. It is a skill that allows the eyes to coordinate with our hands in a meaningful and efficient way.  This skill allows the brain to

interpret visual information and respond with a motor action. Reading, writing and everyday activities require strong visual skills to make sense of the information coming in through the eyes. Visual processing disorders can be present in children with learning challenges. Brain Balance Rehab, PLLC is consistently learning, growing and seeking collaboration with likeminded therapists and health care providers who value the mission to unlock the potential of the brain using traditional and nontraditional treatment methods to provide excellent, customized care incorporating neuroplastic principles.
